Policies

Payment

(1) All prices quoted are in USD.
(2) QShop accepts Paypal payment for domestic and international transactions. Credit/Debit Card users may make payment via Paypal. E-check is acceptable via Paypal as well and item will only shipped out after clearance of e-check to accounts.
(3) Your order will be cancelled automatically if we do not receive any payment or notification from buyers within 2 business days.
(4) When purchasing a piece, please be sure to double check that your shipping address are correct. Please email us at iluvqshop@gmail.com if you find that there is a difference after payment.

Shipping

(1) Items are shipped from Malaysia with standard mail to local buyer and standard air mail/air parcel to international buyer. Refer to each of the items in our shop for its shipping information.
(2) All shipping charges are inclusive of packing, handling, postage mail charges. Shipping rates does not include insurance and is not registered mail but can be included upon request via Convo. Please state under “Message to Seller” and QShop will send you a revised invoice. In the case of unfortunate lost package, QShop will not be responsible if buyer did not optionally insure the package.
(3) For Local (Malaysia to Malaysia) shipment, it will approximately take 3 to 4 days to deliver.
(4) Item will be shipped after payment has been fully received. Please allow 2 business days for delivery to be arranged.
(5) For International shipment, please refer the countries below for the approximate delivery time frame. The following is the estimation delivery time frame from our local post office and the delivery time dependant on your local post office
• Asia: 7 to 10 working days
• Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 14 working days
• USA: 14 to 21 working days
• Canada & South America: 15 to 28 working days
• Others countries: Above 28 working days
(6) Any import duty, custom fees, tariffs etc will be paid by buyer if arise due to shipment. Please check with your local post office or custom for further information.
(7) QShop would love if you are able to feedback upon your receipt on the item to ascertain that the package has been safely delivered to you.

Refunds/Exchange

If in any case you are not satisfied with the item that you have received, we would appreciate if you can feedback to us know via email to iluvqshop@gmail.com and we can work something out from there.
